Currently I lead 1Q86 Studio, a boutique consulting firm whose focus is helping brands in the high involvement and luxury space to understand the total customer relationship. Using a proprietary model, 1Q86 Studio maps the total customer relationship from pre-category awareness through shopping, purchase, and loyalty, identifying key customer needs at every stage and charting a path to sustained and organic customer growth.

Prior to 1Q86, I led strategy at R/GA Portland where my work included leading the Starbucks Rewards redesign initiative, multiple campaigns for Nike, and leading and winning new business pitches for clients in fashion, gaming, hospitality, and finance.

At Wieden+Kennedy, I also led and won new business pitches for Soylent and Anki, leading to double-digit growth for both brands in the first year of partnership. Additionally, I led Digital Strategy for Old Spice during which time I oversaw the creation of S.Q.U.I.D., a digital interactive event which became to the most successful branded activation on Twitch, ever.

After graduating from Emily Carr University of Art & Design, I began my career as a video director and social media strategist, making early branded content for fashion and luxury brands in Copenhagen and Berlin. I’m obsessed with how people interact and when I’m not working I’m enjoying the outdoors, cooking, or flying.
