Soylent

Working with The Lodge (Wieden+Kennedy’s in-house digital agency) I led strategy for the meal replacement drink and media phenomenon, Soylent. We were incredibly effective (and had an enormous amount of fun) during the two year partnership, garnering new customers for Soylent, awards for the work, and some pretty great press. We threw a concert with GZA, fed an entire music festival, and created our very own dark-web marketplace called Soy Route hosted by an AI robot named Trish.

Results: Customer acquisition cost fell by 25% within our first six months of partnership, with conversions and engagement also up by over 15% with each campaign.
